Refund & Returns Policy

At Oh Bubba, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original packaging with tags attached

To initiate a return, please contact us at ohbubbasales@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
